Privacy Policy

Account information: your name, email address, and password (handled by our authentication provider — SoundPush never sees or stores your raw password), collected when you sign up as an Artist or Creator, either directly or via Google sign-in.

Creator verification information: your TikTok and/or Instagram profile URL, follower count, and the views, likes and comments of recent public posts, used by SoundPush staff to manually verify your eligibility and tier. If you connect a TikTok or Instagram account, SoundPush stores an encrypted access token and reads your account identity, your own posts and their official view/engagement metrics to verify campaign posts and performance bonuses. You can disconnect at any time from your profile.

Payout information (Creators): your bank name, account number, and the account name returned by our payment processor when you add payout details. This is used solely to pay you for approved campaign work and is transmitted to Paystack, our payment processor, to create a transfer recipient — SoundPush does not sell or share this information for any other purpose.

Campaign and submission content: campaign details you provide as an Artist (song title, sound link, creative direction, artist handles), and the post links and disclosures Creators submit as proof of completed work.

Payment records: campaign payment references and status, handled through Paystack's hosted checkout — SoundPush does not collect or store your card details directly.

To operate the marketplace: matching Creators to eligible campaigns, running manual verification and content review, calculating and processing payouts, and sending you transactional emails about your campaigns, submissions, and payments (approval notices, rejection reasons, payout confirmations).

We do not use your data to train third-party AI models, and we do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Paystack (payment processing, both collecting Artist campaign payments and sending Creator payouts), Supabase (our database and authentication infrastructure), and Resend (transactional email delivery). Each processes data on SoundPush's behalf and is contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.

An Artist can see the name and handle of a Creator who has claimed or submitted to their campaign, and vice versa — this is necessary for the marketplace to function and is limited to what each side needs to see; SoundPush does not expose a Creator's bank details, follower verification notes, or contact email to Artists, or an Artist's payment reference to Creators.

We retain account, campaign, and submission records for as long as your account is active and as needed to satisfy our own financial record-keeping obligations. If your account is deleted, records that identify you as the actor on a past decision (for example, who verified a creator or reviewed a submission) are retained but disassociated from your account rather than deleted outright, since that history remains part of another user's record.

You can review and update most of your own information (profile details, connected platform URLs, payout bank details before a payout recipient is created) directly in your SoundPush account. For anything you can't change yourself — including a request to access, correct, or delete your data — contact SoundPush through the channel below.

Access to your data is governed by row-level security rules enforced directly in our database, scoped to your account and role. Staff accounts that review verification or submissions can only see the specific records assigned or claimed to them, not the full user base.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
